ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES (หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ):
1. System Management for Credit Card Issuance:
• Oversee the credit card issuance system, ensuring its efficient operation and resolving any technical issues promptly.
• Coordinate with IT and relevant departments to maintain and upgrade the system as needed.
• Ensure system compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
2. Collaboration with Head Office and External Partners:
• Act as the primary liaison between the local office and the head office in China, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
• Collaborate with Visa, Master Card, UnionPay, and other external partners to ensure smooth operations and integration.
• Manage and maintain relationships with external stakeholders to support business objectives.
3. Product Development and Innovation:
• Lead and participate in the development of new credit card products, Point of sale : POS System and enhancements to existing products.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and emerging trends and incorporate findings into product development.
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and bring new products to market.
4. Procedure and Process Management:
• Develop, implement, and maintain procedures and processes related to credit card issuance and management.
• Continuously review and optimize processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all procedures comply with relevant regulations and standards.
5. Product Training:
• Develop and deliver training programs for internal staff on credit card products,POS and related systems.
• Create training materials and resources to support ongoing learning and development.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making improvements as necessary.
6. System Optimization:
• Identify opportunities for system enhancements and optimization to improve performance and user experience.
• Work with IT and external vendors to implement system upgrades and new features.
• Monitor system performance and proactively address any issues to minimize disruptions.
• Proven experience in credit card operations, system management, or a similar role within the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of credit card products, issuance processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using system management and optimization tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• High level of creativity and problem-solving skills.
