- Set the Process and CPE Quality both New product (CPE and ATV) and Refurbish product.
- Provide manual and step to Refurbish Vendor to reduce time and human error.
- Monthly Manufactory Audit to measurement the quality and process.
- Provide Training and KB to improve knowledge and new product information for answer the customer question.
- Provide L3 support for NOC and Call Center (8X5 SLA) to fix the customer problem on time.
- Provide Operation manual and Troubleshooting Guide to operation team.
- CPE and Playbox Upgrade and Activity to the latest firmware.
- To do UAT CPE and Playbox before approve firmware to prevent customer complaint.
