- Support and solve problems using 3BB BCS (Broadband Customer System), 3BB's customer care system nationwide, provide technical support to customers.

**Work in shifts, 5 days off, 2 days off (change new shifts every month). There are 2 shifts: day shift 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and night shift 12:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
