1.Male / Female 25 - 45
2.Bachelor’s degree in, Business Administration, Information Technology, Industrial engineering, Project Management or Supply Chain logistics, Statistic, Economic
3.Have Working experience in Process Improvement / Process development ( Banking is preferred)
4.Having knowledge of business process improvement methodologies, techniques, modeling and tools (without having a rigid commitment to a single approach) and the ability to apply them flexibly and successfully.
5.Demonstrate experience in project management and implementation of complex automated systems.
6.Demonstrate experience in business process analysis and design (AS-IS and TO-BE),
7.Demonstrate the ability to gather, analyze, and organize complex data, arrive at reasonable and substantiated conclusions, and present the data effectively
8.Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships, build credibility, and work effectively with cross-functional groups. The candidate must be a team player and have an easy-to-work-with, 'can-do' attitude.
9.Strong problem solving and conceptual thinking skills and experience.
10.Ability to interact with management and technical people at a variety of levels
