QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
(1) Education: Completion of College or university studies is required. At least two years of full-time, post-secondary study at college or university, e.g. high vocational school.
(2) Experience: At least 2 years of progressively responsible experience in realty management, paralegal or contracting fields is required.
(3) Language: Fluent (Reading/Writing/Speaking) in Thai is required. Good Working Knowledge (Reading/Writing/Speaking) in English is required. Please clarify level of your ENGLISH and THAI language skills. You can submit a copy of valid TOEIC score (Listening and Reading Section) of at least 600, or pass the English Placement Test (EPT) that is conducted by the Human Resources Office. (This may be tested) (4) Skills:
• Incumbent must possess strong interpersonal skills for direct and frequent dealing with American officers and family members, contractors, and landlords to resolve problems and enforce post policies and contract requirements.
• Must exercise a keen attention to detail, creative problem solving, and logistical and organizational skills are crucial.
• Must possess basic computer skills (word processing, database and excel spreadsheet).
(5) Knowledge:
• Current real estate and housing market in Bangkok and familiarity with American living standards and requirements as they relate to housing.
• Customer Service. Logistics, operations, planning, construction or skilled crafts trade.
