LOCATION: Chiang Mai
SALARY: Starting from TH฿ 390,321 per annum
WORK HOURS: 40 hours per week
CLOSING DATE: May 30, 2024
BASIC FUNCTIONS REQUIRED:
The incumbent is responsible for general administrative duties in the General Services Office (GSO) Property and Supply section. S/he is responsible for assigning and tracking work orders and communicating with customers both orally and in writing, which means that this person is the first point of contact with and the face of GSO Property to other sections and agencies in the Consulate. The incumbent processes Time and Attendance records for the GSO Property section. S/he produces reports to document the section’s work.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
(1) EDUCATION: Two years of college or university studies is required.
(2) EXPERIENCE: A minimum of two (2) years performing Administrative duties in an office setting is required. (Please provide full information in the Main Duties and Responsibilities box. Resume and CV are not acceptable).
(3) LANGUAGE: Please clarify level of your THAI and ENGLISH language skill. (This may be tested)
• Good working knowledge of English language (Reading/Writing/Speaking) is required. You are required to pass the English Placement test (EPT) that is conducted by the Regional Human Resources Office, or submit a copy of valid TOEIC score of at least 600 with your application before the interview.
• Good working knowledge of Thai language (Reading/Writing/Speaking) is required.
(4) SKILLS AND ABILITIES: (This may be tested)
• Proficient computer skills in basic software programs such as Word, Excel, and other Microsoft applications.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work independently and must be able to communicate with foreign customers.
(5) JOB KNOWLEDGE: (This may be tested)
• Must be skilled in the basic operation of the Internet and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
