QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
(1) Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
(2) Experience: A minimum of two years’ experience in administrative services or another field involving customer service is required.
(3) Language: Good Working Knowledge (Reading/Writing/Speaking) of English and Thai is required. Please clarify level of your THAI and ENGLISH language skill. You can submit a copy of valid TOEIC score (Listening and Reading Section) of at least 600, or pass the English Placement Test (EPT) that is conducted by the Regional Human Resources Office. (This may be tested)
(4) Skills:
• Ability to operate Basic Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Keyboard/Data Entry skills
• Effective communication, active listening, and adaptability skills
• Must be familiar with U.S. business English norms and able to communicate professionally and clearly with internal and external customers.
(5) Knowledge: Basic knowledge of clerical practices and procedures.
