- Gather assess and understanding customer requirements, both from a business and
technical perspective.
- Design effective solutions with client focused thinking and strong combination of technical
and business relevance.
- Provide network solution design and consulting to customers and to inhouse team such as
Presales, Salesperson, Installation and service team.
- Provide networking products /solutions demonstration and Proof-of-concept (PoC).
- Create a “trusted technical advisor” relationship with customer and internal teams.
- Lead the meeting and present the network infrastructure solution design to prospective
customer.
- Develop solution architecture, detailed equipment list (BoM), build presentations, review
and response of TOR/REF/RFI documents.
- Work with local distributor to deliver solutions to customer.
