1.3 Export order receiving from overseas customers for direct and drop shipment
1.4 Production order issuing to shipment control unit
1.5 Delivery plan and shipment preparation and organizing for outward proceeding
1.6 All export shipping document preparation to meet customer instruction
1.7 Shipment loading coordination with all related internal and external function
1.8 Shipping advise and document sending to customer and all concerned section or bank
1.9 AR overseas collection, follow up and control
1.10 Export custom decralation sheet [blue corner] follow up and report to BOI for material stock update
1.11 Warranty & serial no. request from customer to update data base and control
1.12 Make a business trip domestic and overseas upon commander's request
2. Export claims
2.1 Export claim receiving and service parts requisition
2.2 Complaint parts shipment control and advise to customer after shipment is done
2.3 Customer quality complaint report and notification

3.1 Handle secretarial work e.g. correspondence, typing filling and document in-out
3.2 Handle administrative work in department
3.3 Translation document and interpreter for managing director
