Grande Asset Hotels and Property Public Company Limited- Responsible for all legal matters related to the business of the Company and its affiliates;
- Drafting, reviewing and advising a variety of business agreements or legal documents (in Thai or English) to protect the best interests of the company and affiliates;
- Prepare Legal management reports and provide management recommendations where required;
- Provide sound legal advice and recommendation to safeguard and protect the best interests of the company and affiliates regarding to all legal matters;
- Supporting in legal administrative tasks;
- Advising and follow up on all litigation, dispute resolution, and internal and external investigations;
- Manage and identify legal and commercial risks of all required contracts/agreements;
- To ensure that Company complies with all applicable laws and regulations;
- Advising the operational and functional departments in all areas of law;
- Advice and update on applicable law, regulations, and ensure regulatory compliance of property and hospitality businesses;
- Identify, analyze potential legal issues, risks, its implications and provide legal advice to the business;
- Manage corporate secretarial work for company including meeting arrangements and corporate registrations;
- Dealing and Managing external legal service;
- Ensure compliance of all legal documents with relevant legal framework;
- Ad hoc tasks as required
- Bachelor's degree or Higher in Law.
- Experience in Real Estate Development or Hotel Business is preferable.
- Have a Lawyer’s License
- Good attitude and judgment, being able to think strategically and assess legal issues.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Detail–oriented and able to work under pressure
- Excellent spoken & written English
