- พัฒนาธุรกิจ สร้าง และรักษาความสัมพันธ์พร้อมทั้งนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์ให้กับลูกค้ากลุ่ม SME เพื่อการ up-sell และ cross-sell
- ติดตาม และศึกษาผลกระทบของปัจจัยภายนอกที่มีผลต่อธุรกิจ รวมถึงประเด็นด้านสินเชื่อจากการวิเคราะห์ภาคอุตสาหกรรมต่างๆ
- รวบรวมข้อสังเกต ความคิดเห็น ของลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ต่าง ๆ เพื่อแจ้งต่อหน่วยงานด้านผลิตภัณฑ์ของธนาคาร เพื่อนำไปพัฒนา และปรับปรุงผลิตภัณฑ์ให้เหมาะสมยิ่งขึ้น
- มุ่งเน้นในการสร้างธุรกิจจากลูกค้ารายใหม่ และขยายฐานลูกค้ารายเก่าในกลุ่มลูกค้า SME
- เสนอผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการต่าง ๆ แก่ลูกค้า โดยคำนึงถึงและอยู่ภายในกรอบนโยบายการบริหารคามเสี่ยงที่ธนาคารกำหนด ทั้งนี้ เพื่อให้ลูกค้าใน portfolio ของธนาคาร เป็นลูกค้าที่มีคุณภาพ และเพื่อลดปัญหา NPL ที่อาจเกิดขึ้นในอนาคต
- ดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับการจัดทำรายงานการขอสินเชื่อ ซึ่งรวมถึงส่วนที่เป็นข้อมูลทางการเงิน ทั้งในการขอสินเชื่อใหม่และการทบทวนคุณภาพลูกค้าประจำปี (Account Annual Review)
- เข้าใจความต้องการของลูกค้า SME ในทุก ๆ ด้าน ตลอดวงจรอายุธุรกิจของลูกค้า รวมถึงติดตามข้อมูลข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ต่าง ๆ ของคู่แข่งหลัก เพื่อเพิ่มความสามารถในการแข่งขัน
- ติดตามความคืบหน้าของขั้นตอนการอนุมัติสินเชื่อ
- ติดตามการจัดชั้นสินเชื่อของลูกค้าร่วมกับสายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อป้องกันการเกิด NPL
- บริหารทีมติดตามหนี้ เพื่อออกเยี่ยม ให้คำปรึกษาและแก้ไขลูกหนี้ที่ค้างชำระ 1-90 วัน เพื่อป้องการไม่ให้ลูกหนี้เป็น NPL
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารทีม SME ไม่น้อยกว่า 6 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านสินเชื่อ SME
- วุฒิป.ตรี ขึ้นไป สาขาเศรษฐศาสตร์ การเงินการธนาคาร การบัญชี หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีบุคลิกภาพและมีทักษะในการสื่อสารที่ดี
