• In charge of yearly standard cost roll-up and transfer price setup, which involves reviewing and analyzing material, direct and indirect labor, subcontractor expenses, and other overhead costs incurred.
• Monitor, review, and reconcile sale transactions and cost of goods sold for month-end close, as well as resolve any difficulties that emerge.
• Monitor, review, and reconcile rebates for month-end close, new rebate agreement cost and GP effect, and follow-up rebate agreement.
• Perform inventory and costing account reconciliation and create the inventory obsolescence reserve report.
• Provide actual, projected, and budget material consumption and price variances.
• Examine the actual production costs of the product and compare them to standard expenses and cost-cutting options in operations.
• Collaborate with operations and supply chain units to execute cycle/physical counts and reconcile monthly inventory cleaning/correction transactions.
