Technical knowledge: Familiarity with windows desktop and laptop computers, ability to image and add / remove hardware components, printer setup, systems operation, troubleshooting, Windows OS, virus protection software, software installation / removal, basic networking and cabling, MS Office products, mobile device troubleshooting etc.
Technical Documentation skills: Writing or contributing to the writing of technical or training manuals and documentation.

Works under direct supervision with instructions on day-to-day tasks; follows specific instruction when learning new tasks
Education / Training / Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in related field, and 1+ year of related experience.
Preferred language: Thai and English Speaking
