· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· More than 5 years working experience in human resources, more than 3 years working experience as ER role in large enterprises, automotive factory working experience is preferred.
· Have a deep understanding of the human resources profession and business processes.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal and negotiation skills.
· Proficiency in both Thai and English languages (both written and verbal) is required. Additionally, the ability to communicate in Chinese would be an advantage.
· Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
· High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive candidate information.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canvas and other relevant software.
