•Work closely with carriers to resolve their day-to-day service exceptions and operational issues.
•Coordinate truck capacity/availability with carriers and/or internal teams.
•Ensure drivers properly/timely complete shipment stops and other required app steps.
•Manage enquiries/disputes arising from our carriers with internal departments and vice versa.
•Build/maintain good relationships and trust with carriers through regular calls/visits/supports.
•Be a focal person to cascade up-to-date information (e.g., policies, procedures, etc.) to carriers and ensure their understanding.
•Engage in operational and technical training, as well as on-the-job guidance to carrier/drivers.
•Monitor, maintain, and communicate performance with carriers to ensure their compliance.
•Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., customer service, sales, accounting, technology, etc.) on new projects, issue resolutions, and continuous improvement.
•Support reporting or any other ad-hoc/administrative tasks as assigned.
