Customer Service Associate
Cargomatic (Thailand) Co., Ltd.Cargomatic Thailand is looking for a Customer Service & Operations Associate to join our team. You will liaise with both internal and external customers on our network to provide exceptional customer service that builds trusted relationships. You will handle day-to-day customer enquiries/feedback and smooth shipment coordination to ensure meeting customer’s and company’s expectation. The position will report to the Customer Operations Manager.

- Manage day-to-day shipment operations for our customers from booking to successful delivery.
- Proactively liaise with customers and carriers for shipments and solve/mitigate operational issues or customer complaints.
- Ensure drivers properly execute shipments timely and properly on app.
- Ensure carriers understand and follow customer’s SOPs and requirements as instructed.
- Follow up all shipments related costs and ensure accuracy before handover.
- Collaboratively work with internal stakeholders (i.e., Sales, Accounting, Technology, etc.) for continuous customer experience improvement.
- Responsible for administration of shippers and carriers on internal proprietary system.
- Support department’s reports or any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
- Demonstrate customer service mindset and empath.

- Proficient in Microsoft 365 apps (e.g., Word, Excel, etc.).
- Ability to learn about new technology.
