- Support daily routine and office management processes.
- Act as the point of contact between the management and contractors.
- Maintain effective administrative and accounting records.
- Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping.
- Organise and service meetings.
- Make travel arrangements, look after clients and visitors.
- Handle ad-hoc assignments.
- Business proficient in English and Thai, written and spoken.
- Real estate experience a plus.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Good office software skills: Google Sheets, Google Docs, Gmail.
- Strong planning and organisational skills.
- Detail-oriented and service-minded.
