• coordinating and supporting ERP and other applications & systems (PO system (BKK), Payroll & E-leave, JobCan, SQL server etc.) deployed in Thailand entities including Chonburi plant and other locations
• Coordinating with vendor teams to resolve system’s issues
• Support users with their queries as their IT Point of Contact for Chonburi and other locations as required
• Controlling, monitoring software/hardware such PCs, Devices, Server, application on server etc.
• Basic understanding & execution of IT support such as PC, Smartphone, network or printer devices etc.
• Collaborate with MCG group company in IT related matters and executing global projects across locations
• Participating & engaging in company activities
