- Be Company representative who communicates effectively to retention and develop good relationships with dealers and customers
- Approaching, Telemarketing to present product of company and make appointment with dealers/prospects
- Understand dealer’s requirements, creating proposals according to their expectations and negotiating the terms of agreement to closing sale and achieving sale target.
- Using social media, work online or in person to promote, advertise product of company, engage customers and aims to increase sale.
- Creating Product Display, Aftermarket promotion and Marketing campaign in Showrooms for increasing sale.
- Provide, update the correct information of product to dealers and customers
- Conduct customer satisfaction survey, acting as single contact window for customer claim/complaint.
- Receive enquiry and make quotations in accordance with conclusion of campaign marketing
- Implementing new business route acquired by setting up standard operating procedure in collaboration with marketing department and production engineering.
- Prepare sale visit and weekly work progress report of activities to the supervisor.
- Pricing the new product or the new campaign for customer
- Other jobs as assigned by the supervisor.
