Learning & Development Officer
Advice IT Infinite PCL- Organize training & development program including In-house training, External training
- Organize and conduct orientation program for new employees
- Facilitates In-house Training and prepare training materials
- Collect and analyze training evaluation and feedback from participants
- Oversee On-The-Job Training for new employee and job rotation
- Provide training report to Skill Development Department
- Prepare monthly report or any project as assigned
- Handle succession plan and IDP
- Bachelor’s degree of Political Science, Human Resources or related filed
- At least 1 - 3 year experience in Training & Development function
- Good communication skills, Interpersonal skill and Public Speaking
- Adaptability, Creativity and Technology oriented
- Result-Oriented, Accountability, Teamwork and Problem-Solving skills
- Computer literacy in MS Office (Power point, Words & Excel)
