Job Summary
People Partnership is looking to hire HRIS Specialist to support New HR platform implementation project (1-Year contract); managing Data Migration, Uset Acceptant Test (UAT) process, System Manual etc.
Responsibility
• Manage employee database including data cleaning and data migration from various sources.
• Responsible for user acceptance test to review test case and process.
• Provide new people management platform awareness such as employee and admin manual, internal communication with employees.
• Manage stakeholders to ensure that new people management platform smoothly implementation.
