S&J International Enterprises PCL.• Managing recruitment activities for all levels of staff includes sourcing, screening, interviewing of candidates.
• Develop new sourcing channel to fill manpower need.
• Initiate and lead the recruitment project with participate in recruiting events and sourcing activities.
• Orientation and Evaluate probation for new employees.
• Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Political Sciences, or related fields.
• Experience 1 - 5 years in recruitment function.
• Good command of English.
• Pleasant personality, service minded, positive attitude with passion in Recruitment or People Management.
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills.
• Able to work under pressure.
