- Develop and implement business strategies, sale and marketing plan to acquire new customer which will be alligned with the department goals and objectives.
- Provide strategic direction to drive relationship manager team to drive business growth and expansion.
- Manage business center to achieve business target: Lending, Funding and retail banking product which have been assigned also budget, expenses, and financial performance. Monitor revenue, profitability an operational cost.
- Lead, motivate and conduct a team of professionals including relationship manager, customer service officer, operational manager to deliver excellent service.
- Consider and comment on the credit business and effectively monitor and administer the use of credit as approved.
- Set up goals, objectives, and performance targets to the team
- Provide coaching, consult, and give directions to the team.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends and customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Address customer inquiries, concerns and escalations promptly and effectively. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure smooth and efficient operations of the business center. Oversee day-to-day activities, workflows and processes. Control best practices, standards, and procedure to optimize productivity and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor KPIs and financial reports to present for senior management. Identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field or MBA preferred.
- Experience in business management, commercial lending, operations or leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives.
- Strategic thinking, analytical mindset, Logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Background and understanding of financial principles, budgeting and performance management.
- Knowledge of industry trends, marketing and competitive.
- Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
