- ตรวจสอบเอกสารสำคัญการทำธุรกรรมธนาคารด้านเงินฝากหรืออื่นๆ จากสาขา ก่อนจัดเก็บเข้าระบบงาน และจัดเก็บต้นฉบับเข้าห้องมั่นคง
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานสาขาเพื่อบริหารจัดการ และติดตามเอกสารให้เป็นไปโดยถูกต้องครบถ้วนจัดเก็บตามกำหนด
- ให้บริการเบิกยืมเอกสารสำคัญและติดตามคืน
- จัดเก็บเอกสารเป็นหมวดหมู่ตาม Index และประสานงานการนำส่งจัดเก็บ
- วุฒิ ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ด้าน การจัดการ, การบริหาร หรือ ด้านกฎหมาย
- ประสบการณ์ 1-3 ปี งานธนาคารหรือการจัดการเอกสาร
- มีความรอบรู้เอกสารในการทำธุรกรรมต่างๆ ของธนาคาร
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบในการทำงาน มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
