Key Responsibilities:
Data Collection and Interaction:
Engage in discussions, visits, and interactions with production units, engineering teams, and relevant departments to comprehend actual work processes.
Establish rapport and build relationships with both internal staff and external subject matter experts to record, document, and capture work processes, images, and audio on a weekly basis.
Learning and Research:
Study books, manuals, reference materials, and other knowledge sources related to the field to accumulate information on a weekly basis.
Knowledge Synthesis:
Analyze and synthesize gathered data and media content to compile existing knowledge and potentially create new knowledge for the organization on a weekly basis.
Knowledge Validation:
Periodically review and validate the accuracy and relevancy of existing knowledge resources with both internal experts and external specialists on a monthly basis.
Collaboration and Content Creation:
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop instructional materials, training content, and continuous learning resources on a monthly basis.
Annual Planning and Budgeting:
Contribute to the development of annual knowledge management plans and related budgetary requirements on a yearly basis.
Knowledge Promotion:
Organize knowledge-focused activities and events to promote effective knowledge management practices on a semi-annual basis.
