1. Support Import & Export clearance process and recheck document.
2. Improve Client satisfaction and maintain good relationship with key client.
3. Capture customer’s requirements and lead the operation excellence to achieve service level.
4. Services the client’s requirements in timely, accurate and constructive manner to CIMC
WETRANS’s operation & related teams.
5. Manage & ensure under Customs regulations, and others required for inbound-outbound shipments delivered on time with cost management.
6. Support dealing Freight Forwarding operations and Customs Clearance procedures.
7.Assist in the operation of customer service staff management, such as training, performance appraisal, recruitment interviews, etc.
1. Thai nationality, college degree or above.
2. At least 3 years of experience in ocean freight customer service or operation in freight forwarding company, familiar with one export workflow.
3. Have in-depth understanding of Thai fruit and frozen food export documents and operation process.
4. Fluent in Chinese and Thai, with good English reading and writing skills.
5. Excellent organisation, coordination and communication skills.
