Responsibilities
• Reporting directly to the MD & Board of Directors and supervising 4 departments which are accounting & finance, costing & budgeting, company secretary & investor relations, law office.
• Controlling and manage all accounting & finance, IR activities and teams of Mother Company and its subsidiary.
• Provide analysis and consultant about the effect of financial result, cash flow and any financial ratio to MD, BOD and audit committee.
• Manages corporate funds and cash flows, including foreign currency, derivative, interest, short and long term loans and working capital.
• Planning, analyzing and forecasting domestic and overseas investment budgets in company financial statements.
• Oversees the budget and expense control in line with company’s strategy and growth.
• Managing the financial risks of the business.
• Oversees all of legal contracts, statutory & tax obligations.
• Ensure that the Group complies with all legal and regulatory requirements by SET.
• Manage and maintain all relationship with 3rd parties, ie , SET, SEC , Auditor , Analysts and stakeholders.
- Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience in a accounting, prior experience in a manufacturing business and a listed company.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or Accounting. (CPA Certification is an advantage)
- Excellent business acumen and analytical skill.
- Experience and have knowledge of SEC/SET rules, regulation and requirements, Public Company Act, Thai Corporate and Commercial Law.
- Experience in manage budget and financial forecast.
- Good interpersonal, strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Understand in SAP system and Database
